Devin Fitzpatrick
Devin has been designing beautiful interiors since 2006. She holds a B.A. in Art History with Honors and an M.A. in Interior Design. After moving to Seattle, she worked for a residential architect and later became a Senior Designer at NB Design Group, an award-winning firm. There, she led projects for high-profile clients, collaborated with architects on high-end residences, managed condo renovations, and advised on furniture, finishes, and color schemes throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her work has earned awards and has been featured in Luxe, Sunset, Renovation Style, and Better Homes and Gardens.
Passionate about art history and the decorative arts, Devin’s Master’s thesis—The Interrelation of Art and Space—won the Joel Polsky Achievement Award and is featured in IIDA’s Knowledge Center. She also earned a Certificate in Appraisal Studies from NYU, held a Graduate Internship at the National Gallery of Art, and served on WSU’s Campus Art Selection Committee.
Devin lives in Seattle’s Maple Leaf neighborhood with her husband, Scot Eckley, owner of the landscape design-build firm Scot Eckley Inc., their two children, and their dog, Bentley. Together, they enjoy designing creative—especially storage—solutions to support active family life within the compact footprint of their 100-year-old brick Tudor. Their multifunctional garden, featured in several publications, integrates multiple outdoor living spaces into a small yet thoughtfully designed landscape.
Devin enjoys creating memorable travel experiences with family and friends, exploring historic interiors and artists’ homes, and sipping old fashioneds. A recent favorite trip was an 18-day drive along the Mississippi’s Great River Road with her family.
